Physician Assistant Opportunities available within established Urgent Care Network in Delaware / Maryland! We provide a different type of urgent care experience for our dedicated providers who are doing the work they love. Our practice model brings together board certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of ChristianaCare behind them. We are the front door to quality connected care. Various Schedule Options Available: Full-Time, Full-time Flex (.95), which is 3 days/week, or Part-Time options of .78, .63 or .5 FTE. Benefits come with .6 FTE and above. Per Diem options are also available. 'Weekends only' option available. Extended hours at several centers soon with shifts from Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight (premium rates apply). Locations in Delaware and Maryland including North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover, North East and Elkton. Centers open 7 days/week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with extended hours coming soon. Partnering with ChristianaCare allows continuity of care through access to extensive resources and specialists, including shared advanced EMR (eClinicalWorks) fully integrated with ChristianaCare. Enjoy variety of ages, acute conditions and procedures. Pick up additional shifts at per diem rate. Sign-On Bonus for benefits eligible positions. Benefits include CME, savings plans through Lincoln Financial & PTO. Bonus Program includes Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly, quarterly bonus based on customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Minimum Qualifications: At least one-year recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. Board certified Physician Assistant licensed or able to be licensed in DE and/or MD. Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading initial EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages. Team player. Urgent Care locations accredited by Urgent Care Association for excellence in certification, quality and safety standards.
