We are seeking a skilled Photographer who has an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our furniture pieces that highlight their design, features, and craftsmanship. Your work will play a crucial role in our marketing materials, across all channels, helping our customers envision how our furniture can enhance their homes.

• Prep, compose and shoot product and lifestyle images maintaining consistency across a range of products according to the Product Photography Standards guidelines. Work closely with Creative Director to establish new guidelines as needed.
• Executes standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Work closely with Studio Manager, Marketing and Merchandising teams to determine product features that need to be highlighted.
• Oversee image file creation, color correction, transferring and processing, and perform naming and archival of images according to studio guidelines.
• Ensures integrity for all the technical, aesthetic and production requirements of a studio photo shoot.
• Adapts to production requirements of a high-volume studio while maintaining established quality standards.
• Maintain equipment records/inventory and safeguard assigned equipment.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.

• 3-5 years in a photo studio management position
• 3-5 years of digital photography related experience, preferably with furniture or fashion
• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One in the Mac OSX environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• Strong leadership skills
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required
• Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and requires successfully completing a physical, drug test and back strength test
