Candidates with a non-life science technical background along with solid electrical, mechanical, and software patent prosecution experience will be considered. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of prep and prosecution experience as a patent attorney JD from a top 100 law school Technical background that is non-life science Excellent academic credentials Strong organization, writing, and analytical skills California bar and Patent bar memberships are strongly preferred USPTO registered candidates committed to obtaining the CA bar will be considered All candidates are required to provide (a) law school transcripts and (b) 1 or 2 good writing samples.
