Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants for our Workforce Manager Practice.

Responsible for the quality implementation and set up of ADP/UKG/Ceridian HCM/Payroll/WFM solution to meet client and HR business requirements.

Analyze and understand the client's requirements in order to properly setup the ADP/UKG/Ceridian data base.

Training, Testing and Validation with the client before participating in the first 'LIVE' processing run.

Managing various accounts from project initiation to close by supporting the client through all phases of the implementation.

Managing project risks and escalations to resolution.

Create and manage project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets.

Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.

Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.

Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.

Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.

Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.

Direct project timeliness and budgets.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a 10/21/24 start date nitial duration through March 2025.

Level of Effort: Part Time 10 - 15 hours per week

Working Hours: EST
