APB Logistics Inc. is a Contractor for FedEx Ground . We are looking to hire Part Time Helpers for Early Morning t o assist delivery drivers locate and load packages. The role will work out of the FedEx Ocala terminal . We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! 

PAY: $15 / hour – Paid Training
HOURS: 6:30am until approximately 10:30am

• Weekend availability REQUIRED 
  • MOST Saturdays, Some Sundays as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 50-pounds unassisted
• Must be able to maneuver up to 150-lpounds with dolly or handcart 
• Must be able to maneuver a pallet jack
• Must pass background check & have clean driving record
• Previous warehouse / stocking or experience at Amazon, DHL, FedEx, UPS is a plus
• Must have the ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with bringing packages to loading site
• Assist delivery drivers with loading packages into vehicles in an orderly manner
  • Lifting and loading packages requires strength and stamina
• Monitor packages for hazardous materials
• Verify shipping labels and paperwork via electronic device
• Communicate timely and effectively with managers, delivery drivers and other team members
• Work safely to prevent injury to self or others and damage to products or property - 
  • Follow distribution center safety guidelines and report any issues to the on-duty manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed (including, not limited to):
  • Possibly assist drivers on route (requires full-day availability)
  • Maintain storage area, take inventory, other
