Part-Time Bookkeeper with NetSuite Experience
Job Details:
- Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
- Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - Remote & In-Office)
- Pay: $25+ per hour (Based on experience)
- Schedule: 25-30 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial records in NetSuite with precision and accuracy.

- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and expense reports.
- Process payroll and tax filings, ensuring compliance.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the CPA and leadership team to optimize financial processes.
What We're Looking For: - Must-have: Proficiency in NetSuite - this is a required skill.
- Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage financial tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Availability for a hybrid schedule (remote & in-office).
