Job Description
Cherry Hill law firm, with an active collection, bankruptcy, and litigation practice in both NJ and PA seeks PT Attorney to assist in preparing pleadings, bankruptcy matters, some court appearances, discovery and other matters. NJ and PA bar preferred. Experience in commercial litigation preferred, but not required. Approximately 20 hours per week, could develop into FT position. I am also open to discuss alternate arrangements, such as telecommuting and of counsel arrangement.
