Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Anderson, SC (On-site only – no remote option)
Salary: $45,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential
A well-respected and long-established law office in Anderson, SC, the firm offers a stable, supportive environment with low turnover and a commitment to long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Research statutes, case law, and other legal resources
Prepare and organize case files and trial materials
Review and analyze reports, discovery responses, and medical records
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, claims representatives, and other involved parties
Prepare for and attend depositions, organize exhibits, and file court documents
Support attorney in all stages of litigation from intake to trial
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury or litigation support
High school diploma required; paralegal certificate or degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Morningstar is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable in a fast-paced, busy legal environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $45,000–$60,000 depending on experience
Bonus potential after 1 year: $5,000–$15,000 (performance-based)
Health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)
Flexible scheduling: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
