Employment Type: Full-Time FSLA: Salary/Exempt Division: Human Resources Department: Talent Development Reports to: Director of Talent Development Supervisory Duties: No The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting performance management, high potential development programming, and other learning and development projects to support organizational needs throughout all regional offices. This role will report to the Director of Talent Development. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Performing 360 assessments and conducting related debriefing sessions. Creating and monitoring individual development plans. Collaborating with managers to ensure effective performance management conversations. Implementing leadership development programs for high potential employees and tracking progress. Managing technology platforms related to organizational development initiatives. Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions. Designing and developing learning and development programs from inception through evaluation. Collaborating with and vetting external vendors to enhance programmatic offerings. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or related field required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or a related field. Experience developing leadership programs for high-potential, mid- to senior- level leaders. Experience with Cornerstone or similar talent management system. Certifications related to organizational development and/or performance management. Proficiency with learning technologies (i.e. Camtasia, Storyline, LMS).
