Job Description
Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant to become a part of our team and provide care in Oncology. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Northern Minnesota.

Practice Opportunity
Provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment and follow up care of cancer patients in an outpatient setting under the supervision of an oncologist. Facilitate Survivorship program at Grand Itasca. Provide leadership as clinical director of the Infusion Center. Develops and leads support groups for oncology patients and family members. Provides consultation to lay groups and other healthcare professionals in the community.

Grand Rapids is three hours from Minneapolis and 90 minutes from Duluth.
