Engineer 3
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Overlay Submarine Engineer 3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining engineering designs, technical specifications, and integrating nuclear systems for submarines.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop nuclear systems for submarine platforms
- Perform engineering analysis and calculations to support system design
- Produce technical specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in nuclear engineering and design
- Experience with submarine design and construction
- Proficient in Overlay design and analysis
- Knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
