Certified Mobile Notary Service ( Certified Mobile Notary Service leads the industry in providing mobile notary signing services, offering unparalleled convenience and efficiency. Specializing in on-the-go notarial solutions, we ensure unparalleled convenience and efficiency for your clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Portable Document Witness to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer oaths/affirmations. Take acknowledgments. Take verifications upon an oath or affirmation. Witness or attest signatures. Certify or attest copies. Note a protest of a negotiable instrument (subject to restrictions). Certify that an event has occurred or an act has been performed.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public certification. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

PAYMENT

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
