Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers by delivering packages of all shapes and sizes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being behind the wheel, this is the perfect role for you!

Your Responsibilities

As a Non-CDL Driver, you will:

• Deliver packages to residential and business locations.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and safety standards.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• A commitment to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours, with schedules varying from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday based on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, which can be a fantastic starting point at UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions with even more benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
