```Overview```
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform all front desk duties during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Complete end-of-day activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and billing information
- Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity or incidents
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
