Salary: $85,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise as a Network/Systems Engineer or in a comparable position.
• In-depth knowledge of system infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, storage, virtualization, VoIP phone systems, and cloud technologies. Preferred experience with:
• Fortigate Firewalls
• Cisco, Extreme, Aruba & Ruckus switches
• Cisco, Extreme, Aruba & Ruckus wireless systems
• HP & Dell server products
• Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• VMware & Hyper-V virtualization environments
• 3CX VoIP phone systems
• Google Workspace & Microsoft M365
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and additional networking technologies.
• Proficiency with system monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are advantageous.
• Additional certifications like MCSE or RHCE are a plus.

• Set up and manage the client organizations systems infrastructure, which encompasses firewalls, switches, wireless connections, servers, storage, virtualization, backups, VoIP phone systems, and cloud solutions.
• Assess system performance, identify issues, and make necessary modifications to guarantee optimal performance and availability.
• Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure continuous business operations.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends, suggesting system upgrades or enhancements when appropriate.
• Offer technical support and advice to end-users, resolving system-related problems and inquiries.
• Record system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting methods, and client interactions using the ConnectWise ticketing system.
