Salary: $103,500 - 138,684 per year Requirements:
- Must meet the Minimum Requirements in the Information Technology Specialist II Class Specification
- Current State Examination/Employment Application (STD. 678) or electronic state application

- Experience and education demonstrating Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary network engineer for LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and virtual/cloud networks
- Configure, maintain, and secure network devices (such as Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco switches)
- Monitor network performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues
- Engage in IT projects and initiatives at both departmental and statewide levels
- Develop configuration guides, documentation, and operational procedures
- Represent DPR on shared services support teams
- Participate in network maintenance and communicate impacts to DPRs IT Branch
