Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a National Sales Manager for the Fresh Air Division! In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and developing innovative sales strategies across our diverse brands and product lines. Your leadership will play a vital role in driving profitable and sustainable growth as you report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Secure new business opportunities within the HVAC and electrical wholesale channels.
Explore and identify new channels for growth.
National Sales Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with select HVAC and electrical wholesale customers through in-person sales appointments and regular interactions with buying and replenishment teams.
Collaborate on strategic planning for product introductions and key customer development with our engineering, purchasing teams, and the President.
Oversee management of major accounts and establish annual forecasts and sales targets, ensuring accurate demand forecasting for the upcoming year.
Foster a culture of success, teamwork, and achievement within the sales team.
Manage pricing strategies, including annual price increases and customer pricing maintenance, in collaboration with the Controller and Business Analysis teams.
Set and implement a promotional calendar that includes pre-season sales, specials, and inventory closeout promotions, working with purchasing to monitor and manage overstocked inventory.
Prepare profitability reports for all customers and execute pricing plans to meet financial goals.
General Responsibilities:

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for major accounts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Participate in regular conference calls to align on goals and strategies.
Oversee major account trade shows and events, including sample orders and staffing.
Schedule:

Day shift, with travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
