Multi-Line Claim Consultant
Location: Remote or Hybrid depending on location, reporting to Nashville, TN
Client Desk: Dedicated client desk

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
Experience: 5+ years of auto claim adjusting experience required; previous TPA experience is helpful
License: Adjuster’s license required

Summary:
The Multi-Line Claim Consultant is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned multi-line claims while ensuring adherence to corporate claim standards and client expectations. This role offers the opportunity for advanced training and potential promotion to senior-level claim positions. The Multi-Line Claim Consultant plays a critical role in delivering quality claim services and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in compliance with claim handling standards and state laws.
Establish reserves and recommend changes within assigned authority levels.
Review and approve medical, legal, and damage estimates; negotiate disputed invoices.
Authorize payments using claim payment programs within established guidelines.
Negotiate claim settlements in alignment with corporate standards, client instructions, and state regulations.
Supervise and refer claims to outside vendors as needed (e.g., legal, surveillance, case management).
Monitor subrogation claims and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare detailed claim reports, including status updates, payments, and reserves.
Maintain timely communication with clients, claimants, and other relevant parties.
Participate in hearings, mediations, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
5+ years of auto claim adjusting experience required.
Adjuster’s license required (based on jurisdiction).
Previous TPA experience is helpful.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

Remote or hybrid schedule available depending on location.
Reliable attendance during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm).
