Mig Welder- Fabricator - 1st & 2nd shifts
Immediate need for a dependable, career minded, skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join the team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in welding, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• 1st and 2nd shifts
• Pay depends on experience
• Please have resume and diploma/GED/Transcripts ready to provide
• In person interview required

Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations: Perform welding tasks to assemble, repair, or modify metal structures and components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Quality Control: Inspect welds for quality, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. This may involve using various testing methods like x-rays or ultrasonic tests.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including wearing protective gear and handling materials safely.
• Material Preparation: Cut, shape, and prepare metal pieces for welding, often using tools like grinders, saws, and cutting torches.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to achieve project goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using welding equipment and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
• Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
