Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are a Construction Manager with other 15 years of exceptional service to our clients. We focus primary in the Life Science construction market with a strong backlog over the next 5 years. As an employee centered firm, we value work/life balance. We are seeking a skilled MEP Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and be organized. The candidate must also possess a deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects
Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track
Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
Manage and mentor junior MEP staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
