The Mental Health Practitioner provides assessment and treatment for a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders using evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. They maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with patients and care teams to monitor treatment progress. This role requires a master's degree in psychology or counseling and an active clinical license in Nebraska.

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
