Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales

• Lead engaging tours and demos, inspiring prospects to embrace the carefree boating lifestyle.
• Follow up with leads and guide them seamlessly through the sales and onboarding process.
• Drive membership growth by cultivating genuine connections and presenting the benefits of membership.

Member Engagement

• Foster a welcoming community through events, socials, and themed boating days.
• Build lasting relationships, ensuring members feel valued and part of the Carefree family.

Marketing & Outreach

• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft campaigns that highlight the club's unique appeal.
• Represent the club at local events to increase awareness and attract new members.
• Share member success stories and testimonials across social platforms to grow engagement.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement, preferably in a lifestyle or recreational setting.
• Enthusiastic, personable, and self-driven with a love for connecting with people.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Word, and email platforms (bonus: Hubspot, Stripe, or DocuSign).
• A passion for boating or outdoor activities, plus the flexibility to travel between Gull Lake and South Haven.
