Overview ScribeAmerica is a leading medical scribe company that partners with hospitals and ambulatory sites across the United States and Canada. The role of a Medical Scribe is to accompany physicians during patient visits to document assessments, exams, and treatment plans in real time while gaining a deep understanding of clinical documentation and electronic medical record navigation. Shift Times Available shifts are Monday‑Friday with multiple options for an 8‑hour block. Candidates must be flexible to work at least two 8‑hour shifts per week and can apply if they have varied availability. Responsibilities Accompany providers during patient visits and assist with documentation of provider assessment and exam. Document patient history, physical exam, diagnostic results, procedures, treatment plans, and follow‑up instructions accurately in the electronic medical record. Monitor pending labs, radiology orders, and patient test results to support clinical decision‑making. Review past history and test results to provide context for provider decisions. Adhere to medical facility compliance requirements and ScribeAmerica policies and procedures. Qualifications No previous experience needed. Commit to ScribeAmerica for up to 6+ months.
