We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and experienced Contract Medical Recruiter to assist in our fast-paced and growing staffing needs. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team to efficiently source, evaluate, and place highly qualified medical professionals in contract positions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive job analyses to create detailed and appealing job descriptions.
  2. Identify, source, and engage potential candidates using various methods including job portals, networking events, and social media platforms.
  3. Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications, performing initial phone or video interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  4. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  5. Organize and manage all candidate records in the company's database.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and establish a robust pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  7. Remain abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter either in-house or within a staffing agency, preferably within the medical industry.
  3. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
  6. Strong decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
