We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and experienced Contract Medical Recruiter to assist in our fast-paced and growing staffing needs. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team to efficiently source, evaluate, and place highly qualified medical professionals in contract positions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses to create detailed and appealing job descriptions.
- Identify, source, and engage potential candidates using various methods including job portals, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications, performing initial phone or video interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Organize and manage all candidate records in the company's database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and establish a robust pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Remain abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter either in-house or within a staffing agency, preferably within the medical industry.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
