****Qualifications****
* At least **1-3 years** of experience in the **home care industry**
* **1-3 years** of experience within r**ecruiting**
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task
* Flexible and willing to travel locally 50% travel
* Technically savvy proficient in use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other devices
* Exceptional communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and follow-up in a timely manner
****Responsibilities****
* Experience within sourcing and recruiting of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides
* Actively manage all job postings for the eastern end of the Long Island region and respond to applicants in a timely manner
* Facilitate relationships with local and regional partners to open new avenues of recruitment
* Attend off-site job fairs and hiring events; set-up events with external partners
* Regularly host Open House hiring events in office
* Manage and maintain applicant tracking system (Ultipro)
* Collaboration with HR Coordinators at the branches to ensure new applicant retention and overall positive candidate experience
