Job Responsibilities: Market Analysis: • Conduct research to identify industry trends, market size, and opportunities in Tech categories. • Track and report Apple’s market share using data sources such as Circana. • Provide timely, accurate analysis of customer preferences and competitive movements. Competitor & Customer Analysis: • Support competitor strategy and promotions tracking across retailers and digital channels. • Help build a structured approach for monitoring competitive offers using Stickee, OpenBrand. • Contribute to customer cohort and demographic analysis to inform growth opportunities. Data Collection & Reporting: • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (analyst reports, dashboards, databases, webinars). • Build and maintain detailed Excel models and reports; Tableau and visualization tools as needed. • Create presentations in Keynote summarizing insights for leadership. Future-Oriented Support: • Partner with the team to explore AI/ML applications (e.g., automation of insights) • Help lay the foundation for integrating competitive intelligence into broader market analysis • Provide reliable, detail-driven inputs for weekly business reviews and long-term planning. Candidate Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field. • Experience in market research, analytics, or related (1–2 years preferred). • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, managing large data sets). • Familiarity with Keynote, Tableau or visualization tools; eagerness to expand skills. • Interest or coursework in AI/ML applications (data automation, competitive intelligence). • Strong attention to detail; able to manage recurring reporting tasks with accuracy. • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, concise insights.
