Job Description
Adecco is partnered with a brand new manufacturing company in the Sikeston, MO area to help them hire full-time Shift Supervisor for their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead safety, quality and productivity of the production areas ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining cost of goods sold to budget plans.
-Supervising the daily operation of assigned department(s), including the daily management of staffing levels (direct/contract) and budget accountability to accomplish plant objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
-Providing necessary training and reinforcement to workforce to ensure they understand and can apply the skills required to produce quality products.
-Actively analyze department performance against metrics and identify opportunity for continuous improvement. Creates, posts and communicates to ensure everyone understands their role in achieving plant commitments;
Required Minimum Qualification:
-HS Diploma required
-3+ years of previous manufacturing experience, including exposure to leading/directing the work of others.
-Strong communication skills required, including the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels in the organization.
