Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Duties: Assembly Operators will have the following responsibilities and skills: Maintain a safe and clean factory & warehouse environment while complying with safety and environmental policies Make adjustments to parts as needed Inspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meets standard manufacturing requirements Perform job at required rate Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to twist, bend, and reach Grasp and pinch material Basic math and ability to read and understand instructions Basic computer skills with ability to learn client computer systems The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work within deadlines High attention to detail and organized in approach Ability to work overtime, when required Ability to manually assemble parts by utilizing hand tools and power tools Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus Ability to work positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. of parts and boxes Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish team goals Ability to follow verbal and written instructions .
