Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Magento Web Developer to join our dynamic team and help elevate our online presence. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our website, ensuring the accuracy, effectiveness, and overall quality of its content. Key Responsibilities

Manage and update content within our CMS (Magento/CoreWare/WordPress preferred), including product listings, pricing, descriptions, events, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain compelling content, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines and objectives.
Edit and proofread website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in grammar, punctuation, and style.
Design and develop regular email campaigns for Academy customers.
Optimize web content for SEO, driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing web assets, including banners, images, and promotional materials.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and optimized content across channels.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and improvements to the website.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience as a Magento Web Developer.
Strong skills in JavaScript, Optimizely, Magento, CoreWare, WordPress, Eloqua, HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite, and graphic design.
Proven experience as a Web Content Editor or similar role.
Excellent command of written and verbal English with exceptional editing and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to top-quality content and user experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team success.
Passion for the industry and familiarity with related products is a plus.

Working Conditions

This role may involve prolonged periods of desk work, computer use, and some lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Occasional PPE may be required in specific areas, and adherence to safety and security protocols is essential.
