Our client in Cumberland is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50/hr

Shift: 1st, 7a-3p Mon-Fri & 3rd, 11p-7a Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Operate production machines to perform operations or produce parts according to specifications
• Set up machines, load raw materials, and unload finished products efficiently
• 2 Year Contract position with potential for hire on within the 2 year timeframe
• Monitor and control product quality during production processes
• Identify issues or problems and work with moderate guidance to resolve them

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude
• Ability to operate machinery manually and follow safety protocols
• Good data entry skills and computer proficiency preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• HS Diploma or Equivalent required
