Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the Hudson Valley, is seeking several dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:45 am- Monday-Thursday
But May Have Overtime on Friday & Saturday due to Business Needs

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, and monitor manual or automated equipment to meet specified standards.
• Set up machinery, load and unload workpieces, and perform quality control checks to ensure precision and sharpness.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and production protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Scan and check inventory, prepare product for deliveries, and manage product flow through the production process.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing items for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

What's Needed?

• Basic experience in shipping/receiving, order picking, or industrial packing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
