As a Field Loan Officer at Lennar Mortgage, your role will be centered on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through face-to-face interactions. You will conduct on-site meetings, engaging directly with customers, homebuilding associates, and referral sources. Your primary responsibilities include assessing financial data, guiding customers on mortgage products, and seamlessly facilitating the loan process in adherence to the Lennar Mortgage roadmap. Your presence in the field ensures personalized and hands-on support for clients seeking financial solutions. Responsibilities include business development and customer relations through outside sales activities, generating leads, conducting First Time Homebuyer Seminars, traveling and participating in builder and realtor functions, and engaging with communities to explain company offerings and attend closings. You will offer tailored mortgage recommendations, review and lock interest rates, and maintain compliance with regulations. Daily lead management and communication with stakeholders is required. Loan origination and advisory duties include preparing new loans and recommending suitable mortgage products. Sales support involves assisting New Home Consultants, meeting sales goals, and maintaining detailed reports within the origination system. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred four-year college degree, minimum 3 years loan originating experience, valid driver’s license, NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 30 days, preferred bilingual Spanish skills, self-starter ability, organizational skills, and proficiency with office and mortgage software. Physical requirements include regular in-person attendance at job sites, ability to work in confined spaces, operate vehicles, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally operate construction equipment.
