Job Description

*Description:* The primary function of the Loan Officer Assistant is to manage the loan Origination teams pipeline and to make certain that all loans are ready for submission to the Processing Department. This position is also responsible for communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, listing and selling agents, title companies, lenders and Underwriters to solidify relationships and garner future business. Assist Loan Originator in taking applications, scheduling appointments, and locking loans. *Skills:* loan origination, Customer service, Client support, loan documentation, loan origination system, outlook *Top Skills Details:* loan origination,Customer service,Client support,loan documentation *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Ideally looking for previous Loan Officer or Mortgage processing experience EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Previous experience and knowledge of real estate compliance guidelines and the ability to implement them is preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient knowledge of related computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required. Experience on Encompass LOS system Other mortgage processing software is required, DU, LP and other automated engine submissions experience is preferred. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Using excellent customer service skills which includes maintaining a good attitude, taking ownership of meeting customer needs, going above and beyond for customers, demonstrating a commitment to sharpening skills through education and training, using positive communication, and looking for opportunities to respect customers’ time and schedules is required. *Experience Level:* Intermediate Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
