Location: Tacoma, WA
Position: Loan Officer Assistant
Contract Duration: 3 Months

LHH is actively interviewing for a Loan Officer Assistant. You will provide essential support to our top-producing loan origination team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and building client relationships, assisting with obtaining loan conditions, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Input loan application data and run preapprovals.
• Submit lock requests and communicate loan status with referral sources.
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing loan conditions.
• Manage and update loan pipelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the loan origination team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in loan origination support roles.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.44 per hour
