The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position offers remote opportunities for mental health professionals looking to establish or expand their private practice. By partnering with Headway, clinicians receive support for insurance credentialing, billing, and patient referrals, allowing for a flexible schedule and the option of in-person or telehealth sessions. This role requires a valid LMHC license and facilitates improved access to mental healthcare for patients while empowering practitioners in their professional growth.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
