We are seeking a dedicated and responsible live-in superintendent couple to manage the daily operations of our residential apartment building. While we prefer a couple, single responsible candidates are also welcome to apply. Previous superintendent experience is preferable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds.
• Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prospective Tenants: Show units to prospective tenants.
• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and completing work orders
• Emergency Response: Be available to handle emergency situations as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
