Work when you want, with a great agency! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Outside Life Insurance Sales Representative. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work on your own schedule, remotely.
The candidate must live within 75 miles of Kearney, Nebraska. Paid onboarding will occur in the office in Kearney, Nebraska. Once onboarded and trained, the position will be fully remote with open communication availability expected. Adhering to Agency and American family guidelines is required.
Compensation:
- Paid hourly rate while onboarding and any additional times after that when in person is required. The majority of the time will be remote and is 100 % commission.
- Unlimited earning potential through commissions.
- Please note that there are no benefits associated with this position.
Qualifications:
-Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 2 years of Sales Experience is required
- Must live within 75 miles of Kearney, Nebraska.

Licensing: A valid Life Insurance License is mandatory before onboarding. Applicable Employee Handbook rules will apply. Employee will be assigned computer equipment which they will sign for and are responsible for. Equipment is property of agency.
