TITLE: HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT (must have an active Health License)

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (Work hours based on time zone)

LOCATIONS: AL, FL, GA, IN, IL, KY, MI, MO, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA UT

WORK TYPE: REMOTE

TYPE: DIRECT HIRE

COMPENSATION: $20/hr and Commission | On-Target Earnings: $70,000 - $85,000

Position Summary

Our client is a National Health and Life Insurance Broker. The Licensed Health Insurance Agent, will assess customer needs and ensure clients are provided tailored solutions. This role will interact with clients, provide product information, and identify opportunities to meet insurance needs. As an expert, you will help clients navigate different options, answer inquiries, and develop rapport.

Duties:

• Connect with clients to understand health insurance needs.
• Educate about products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Customize insurance plans to meet client requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend additional services.
• Resolve concerns and complaints effectively.
• Maintain documentation and records of client interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication protocols, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Sales and customer service skills with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working call center, sales, or customer service environments.
• Complete a free 4-hour Federally-Facilitated-Marketplace (FFM )Certification from portal.ems.gov ahead of training.

Certifications AND Experience:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License.
• 1 year of experience selling Healthcare plans.
• Willing to obtain Non-Resident State licenses
• Covered by employer.

• Long period sitting at a desk.
• The position requires visual concentration in front of a computer
• Stable Internet Required
• Headset with a built-in microphone Required
