CA Legal Search is seeking a Legal Recruiter / Consultant to become a part of our team! You will represent legal candidates in their job search.
Responsibilities:
- Make 40-60 daily recruiting calls to various legal professionals throughout California;
- Clean up and edit resumes;
- Advise candidates on legal market and career growth;
- Negotiate above-market salaries;
- Interview preparations;
- Research various opportunities to determine best fit for each individual attorney.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (Phone sales preferred);
- 2 or 4 year degree from a College/University ;
- Legal and/or recruiting experience (preferred not necessary);
- Ability to build rapport with candidates;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Interest in high-level recruiting and/or law.
