CA Legal Search is seeking a Legal Recruiter / Consultant to become a part of our team! You will represent legal candidates in their job search.

Responsibilities:

• Make 40-60 daily recruiting calls to various legal professionals throughout California;
• Clean up and edit resumes;
• Advise candidates on legal market and career growth;
• Negotiate above-market salaries;
• Interview preparations;
• Research various opportunities to determine best fit for each individual attorney.

​​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales (Phone sales preferred);
• 2 or 4 year degree from a College/University ;
• Legal and/or recruiting experience (preferred not necessary);
• Ability to build rapport with candidates;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Interest in high-level recruiting and/or law.
