Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients Remotely : Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment : Provide expert advice and assist with the enrollment process.
  • Address Inquiries : Respond to questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
  • Collaborate with Team Members : Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
  • Maintain Detailed Records : Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written abilities for client interaction.
  • Attention to Detail : Organizational skills to manage records and paperwork accurately.
  • Ability to Work Independently : Self-motivation and time management skills are essential.
  • Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service : Preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Technology : Familiarity with computer systems, software, and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive).
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Reliable Home Setup : Must have a Windows Laptop/PC , stable internet access, and a functioning camera.
