Amped Kitchens Chicago is a 113,000-square-foot food production campus home to fast-growing CPG brands, caterers, and multi-unit restaurant groups. We’re hiring a Leasing Executive with meaningful upside--top performers can earn $150,000+ during active lease-up based on current inventory and deal flow.

We’re looking for a producer who can think strategically, solve for client needs, and close deals in a high-activity environment. This is an on-site role at the center of the building. What You’ll Do

• Lead in-person tours and sell the value of our space and services with confidence.
• Work with our BDR to move prospects from inquiry → tour → signed lease quickly and cleanly.
• Negotiate within defined parameters, handle objections, surface issues early, and partner with leadership to structure solutions.
• Run disciplined outreach--warm and cold--to keep tours flowing and occupancy increasing.
• Drive the deal process: draft leases in AppFolio, coordinate signatures and documentation, and manage the move-in workflow.
• Support renewals and expansions by maintaining strong client relationships.
• Follow up on past-due accounts as part of overall portfolio management (finance team handles enforcement).
• Maintain a professional, tour-ready environment as part of the sales experience.
• Serve as the operational point-of-contact for client needs that impact leasing, renewals, and pipeline health

What You Bring

• A track record of exceeding quotas in sales roles.
• High ownership and bias toward action.
• Strong follow-through and clean communication across email, phone, text, and in person.
• Comfort generating your own momentum--prospecting, networking, and keeping your pipeline full (in partnership with our BDR and marketing team).
• Experience in leasing, flex/industrial, coworking, hospitality sales, or inside sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational habits--clean CRM notes, tight deal management (AppFolio experience is a plus).

Compensation

$150K+ realistic upside in the first six months based on current inventory.
Commission: One full month of rent for every new executed lease, plus bonuses for renewals and occupancy targets.
Base: $36,000/year (most comp comes from commission).
Benefits: Health (100% employer-paid for employees), dental, 401(k), PTO.

Growth Path

This role begins with a heavy lease-up focus as we refill space from a recent major tenant move-out. As the building stabilizes, the role will transition toward client portfolio growth--renewals, expansions, occupancy management--and we will adjust the compensation model accordingly. High performers can evolve into a revenue-ownership or client-success track with meaningful influence over building performance.
