We are seeking a skilled HVAC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair. *Duties*
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
* Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
* Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

*Experience*
* Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the HVAC/R industry.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance or service technician roles.
* Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
* Ability to operate vehicles for transporting equipment; valid driver's license preferred.
* Experience in welding is advantageous for certain installation tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for successful performance in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
