Job Title: Landscaper Worker

Location: Greensboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $12.00 Starting/90day trial
Benefits: After 90 days

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper Worker to join our team! As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces by performing various landscaping tasks. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing lawns
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as maintaining plant health
• Raking leaves, removing debris, and maintaining clean outdoor areas
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
• Installing mulch, pine needles and pruning plants and trees
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, and trimmers
• Working with a team to complete landscape projects within set deadlines
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are always met
• Communicating effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
