Employees can expect:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a crew of 3-4 crew members
2. Drive a company truck on a daily route with a trailer
3. Complete service to all properties on the route for the day
4. Manage time and priorities at properties
5. Have an eye for detail and watch for things out of the ordinary on properties
6. Plan and pack the tools and equipment needed for the day's jobs
7. Respond to management requests in a timely manner
8. Communicate with management about any changes throughout the day

Qualifications:
1. Requires valid, permanent drivers license and a clean driving record.
2. Must be able to pass background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen
3. Must be able to lift 50lbs
4. Must not have any DWI's in the last 3 years
5. Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date
6. Experience managing a landscaping crew for more than 2 years
7. Bi-lingual is an advantage
Salary
*Starting compensation is based on level of experience and overall competency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
