Description: Key Responsibilities: Maintain healthy gardens by providing proper care, trimming & pruning Install new plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers with attention to their health and growth needs Ensure proper irrigation for optimal plant health Provide exceptional detail to landscape care, design and overall property cleanliness Uphold company standards of service and contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of every property Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed according to customer needs & expectations Perform labor tasks outdoors in varying and unfavorable weather conditions Physically capable of performing daily labor tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting, standing for extended hours and lifting/pulling up 50-100lbs) Must be able to float between garden maintenance & landscape installation duties Qualifications: Passion for plants, nature, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness 2 years experience in the landscaping or horticulture field is ideal, BUT WILLING TO TRAIN PASSIONATE PEOPLE DEDICATED TO EXCELLENT WORK Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
