This is a fast paced, team oriented work environment. The work hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm This is a fully onsite position in St. Louis, MO. Relocation cost reimbursement is not available for this position. Local candidates are preferred. salary: $21 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Perform laboratory tasks such as seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, and reagent preparation. Assist in operating equipment for data generation. Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials, ordering and stocking. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform tasks within the laboratory. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Under the guidance of a FTE, conduct routine and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment. Must Haves: Associates or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline Experience in a fast-paced and/or team-based environments. The ability to lift 40-50 lbs. The ability to stand while working for prolonged periods of time (4-6 hours). The ability to conduct repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms.
