Now Hiring: Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently
• Organize kitchen, storage areas, and supplies for easy access
• Sanitize food prep areas, countertops, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and drains
• Clean and maintain small appliances (blenders, food prep equipment)
• Clean and maintain large appliances (ovens, stoves, refrigerators, )
• Follow all health department sanitation and safety regulations
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly to maintain hygiene standards
• Assist with food storage, labeling, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety handling procedures
Requirements:
References and experience a must! minimum 1 year experience!
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (required)
• Familiarity with health department regulations and procedures
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sanitization protocols
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Desinfectar áreas de preparación de alimentos, encimeras y superficies de alto contacto
• Barrer, trapear y mantener la limpieza de los pisos de la cocina
• Limpiar y mantener pequeños electrodomésticos (microondas, tostadoras, licuadoras)
• Limpiar y mantener grandes electrodomésticos (hornos, estufas, refrigeradores, lavavajillas)
• Seguir todas las regulaciones de sanidad y seguridad del departamento de salud
• Desechar la basura y el reciclaje de manera adecuada para mantener los estándares de higiene
• Ayudar con el almacenamiento de alimentos, etiquetado y gestión de inventario
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de manipulación segura de alimentos
Requisitos:
• Tarjeta de Manipulador de Alimentos vigente (obligatorio)
• Conocimiento de las regulaciones y procedimientos del departamento de salud
• Capacidad para seguir protocolos detallados de limpieza y
