Job Description The Financial Analyst will support the finance and accounting teams by preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and assisting in forecasting and budgeting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software. Responsibilities Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support technical and financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Assist with forecasting revenues and expenses based on current and historical data. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy. Adhere to company accounting policies and applicable federal and state regulations. Perform additional duties and provide support in financial projects as needed. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. Basic understanding of business trends, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes. Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Pivot Tables, Outlook, etc.). Experience Entry-level to 2 years of experience in finance and/or accounting. Qualification and Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
