• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (You choose your schedule).
