The Role:

As the IT Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our fully remote, high-growth organization. This role is both strategic and hands on – balancing long term IT planning with day-to-day support across systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, safeguard data and systems, and ensure seamless technology experience for all global team members (currently have employees based in US and India).

We welcome applicants from all U.S. time zones, though we have a preference for those based in Central or Mountain time zones.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Manage technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments

  • Drive digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements

  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships

  • Setting & Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Daily maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting for our fully remote organization (including onboarding and offboarding)

  • Own and maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware

  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and system administration

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

  • At least five years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of scaling infrastructure in fast-paced, high growth environments.

  • Advanced technical knowledge of:

  • Enterprise network infrastructure

  • Cloud computing platforms

  • Cybersecurity frameworks

  • IT service management

  • Enterprise architecture

  • Proven success operating in a cloud-centric environment with experience implementing and testing scalable IT solutions

  • Strategic planning ability paired with strong execution, budget management, and vendor negotiation skills

  • Skilled in change management, problem-solving, applying creative and analytical thinking to real-world challenges

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams and translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience mentoring IT team members and building service-oriented teams

  • Certifications such as ITIL, CPAM,  PMP, or cloud-based credentials are a plus but not required

You'll Enjoy This Role If:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution and efficiently guiding teams through the day-to-day operations, thriving in a coach-player role.

Benefits & Perks:

🌍Remote work environment with a flexible work schedule to encourage work-life balance
